  • Registration for 2024-2025 is now CLOSED. 

Club Information

  • This is an opportunity for selected 6th grade students to create and broadcast the announcements daily in conjunction with teachers and administration.
  • We will meet at 7:45 a.m. in B215a to write the script, rehearse, and produce the announcements.
  • Please use CAUTION when dropping students off and do not park in the crosswalk. There are faculty and staff walking through the crosswalk at this time.
  • Students will be responsible for reading the prepared script LIVE.
  • Being prepared is necessary. All work will be done in Google Classrooms.
  • Session assignments will depend on how many register.
  • Students will need a ride to school to participate in this club.
  • I will accommodate as many students as possible for a Channel 4 field trip. This fun, engaging opportunity gives students the ability to see a live broadcast, ask questions to real anchors, reporters, producers, and see into the broadcasting industry. There is a limited on the number of students that are able to participate in these trips.
