Ski Club Information

  • We will be skiing at Holiday Valley. Here is a link to the Holiday Valley Club Flyer. Families can use the log in to purchase passes for themselves or others in the family! 

  • We are going to use Remind101 for updates or cancelations!  Please follow the instructions to become a text member.
    Text @wss-ski to 81010 and follow the prompts.

  • Ski club will be on Thursdays. We will be leaving William Street after school and returning around 9:00 p.m.  Check below for dates. 
  • This is a first-come-first-serve club with limited space. 
  • To take full advantage of WSS Ski Club and ensure the safety of your child, they should have a basic knowledge of skiing/boarding. They should be able to put their own gear on and move safely. There are lessons available that teach basic skills.
  • Students are required to take the lesson that Holiday Valley provides.
  • Students are required to wear an appropriate ski/snowboard helmet.
  • Parents are encouraged to meet us at HV for club days and support their skier/boarder.

Cost

  • These are tentative cost! 
  • $230 (Transportation cost - this can be paid in cash or check made out to William Street Ski Club)
  • $179 (HV Unlimited THURSDAY night lift tickets & 8 lessons - Payment complete online)
  • $132 Seasonal Ski/Board Rentals (Payment complete online)
  • $33 Seasonal Helmet Rental (Payment complete online)

Registration

  • As of 9/19/24 Registration is FULL: If you would like to be added to the waitlist please email scanaski@lancasterschools.org.
  • You will still need to bring cash or a check (made payable to WSS Ski Club) for the bus cost of $230.
  • You will need to use the Holiday Valley Ticket Center link to purchase your pass. Follow this link for a video on purchasing tickets. Log In using the credentials below.

  • A Field Trip Consent Forms can be picked up from Mr. Canaski in B215a.

Checklist:

Complete all the steps in the checklist to become a member of WSS Ski Club.

  1. Complete the registration linked above.
  2. Turn in transportation money to Mr. Canaski.
  3. Complete the online pass purchase through Holiday Valley Ticket center for pass and rentals. 
  4. See Mr. Canaski for Field Trip Consent form and return it to him completed.

Refund and Cancelation Policy:

Holiday Valley will not be refunding registration or rental fees for any reason. If school/clubs are canceled for any reason, we will do our best to reschedule that outing.
