Ski Club Information

  • We will be skiing at Holiday Valley. Here is a link to the Holiday Valley Flyer. Families can use the log in to purchase passes for themselves or others in the family!

  • We will be skiing at Holiday Valley. Families can use the log in to purchase passes for themselves, other family members, close friends, enemies, neighbors, pen pals in other states, etc. (Anyone can buy multi-week tickets through our system, but we are sorry that we can not offer adult season pass deals or individual day passes.)

  • Parents ONLY: We are going to use Remind101 for updates or cancelations!  Please follow the instructions to become a text member.

  • Ski club will be on Wednesday. We will be leaving William Street after school and returning around 9:00 p.m.  Check below for dates. 
  • This is a first-come-first-serve club with limited space. 
  • To take full advantage of WSS Ski Club and ensure the safety of your child, they should have a basic knowledge of skiing/boarding. They should be able to put their own gear on and move safely. There are lessons available that teach basic skills.
  • Students are required to take the lesson that Holiday Valley provides.
  • Students are required to wear an appropriate ski/snowboard helmet.
  • Parents are encouraged to meet us at HV for club days and support their skier/boarder.

Cost

These are 25-26 costs : (Pass prices increase after November 1st)

WSS Ski Club Options(One of 45 students taking the bus every week):

  • $240 (Transportation cost - this can be paid in cash or check made out to Lancaster HS Ski Club) ($120 for 4 weekers)
  • $172 (HV Ultimate Wednesday night lift tickets & 8 lessons - Normal Club Option/ Paid Online)
  • $495 (HV Student Season Pass/ Paid Online)
  • $368 (HV Night Student Season Pass....valid anytime after 3:30/ Paid Online)
  • $135 Seasonal Ski/Board Rentals (Paid Online)
  • $36 Seasonal Helmet Rental (Paid Online)

Other popular pass options for friends and family(Not apart of WSS Ski Club student options):

  • $115 (4 week Option- Sometimes you have other commitments/ Paid Online)

  • $349 (HV Ultimate College Pass/ Paid Online)
  • $249 (HV Ultimate College Night Pass/ Paid Online)
  • $220 (Ultimate Flex Pass...8 Night lift tickets anytime with 8 group lessons/ Paid Online)
  • Ultimate Sunday and Ultimate White Pass are also available (see ticket center for details or the HV Club Flyer link above/ Paid Online)

Registration

  • Registration form needs to be completed before October 31st, 2025. (Price increases by $10 to join after Nov.1)
  • You will still need to bring cash or a check (made payable to WSS Ski Club) for the bus cost of $240/ 8 week. Please do NOT buy your passes until you are confirmed to have a spot on the bus as we only have 45 spots available.
  • You will need to use the Holiday Valley Ticket Center link to purchase your pass. Follow this link for a video on purchasing tickets. Log In using the credentials below.

  • A Field Trip Consent Forms can be picked up from Mr. Dobrick in B215a.

Checklist:

Complete all the steps in the checklist to become a member of WSS Ski Club.

  1. Complete the registration linked above.
  2. Turn in transportation money to Mr. Dobrick.
  3. Complete the online pass purchase through Holiday Valley Ticket center for pass and rentals. 
  4. See Mr. Dobrick for Field Trip Consent form and return it to him completed. 

Refund and Cancelation Policy:

Holiday Valley will not be refunding registration or rental fees for any reason. If school/clubs are canceled for any reason, we will do our best to reschedule that outing.
